We currently ship only in India and for domestic (India) buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies which include FEDEX, DELHIVERY, ECOM EXPRESS, XPRESSBEES, BLUE-DART & SPEED POST. Orders are shipped within 2-4 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. IndiaPlaysTT is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). 

Under some circumstances, we do accept requests for next day delivery by DTDC Prime or Priority Service as the case may be.  Since this is a Premium service any additional expense shall be born by the Customer. 

 

Return of Products - Policy

1.1 Returning the Product
You may return your purchase following your receipt of the ordered products only under the following condition: 

a. You have received a product other than the one you ordered.

b. Or you received a product in a damaged condition.

Picturers must be send for approval to IndiaPlays Customer Care/

1.2 You should contact Customer service  and register your complaint by providing following details

a. Order Number
b. Invoice Number
c. Date & Amount
d. Nature of Complaint

Our Customer service will register your complaint and issue a complaint number as reference. Our courier service will collect the parcel from you by giving reference to your complaint number and will issue an Airway bill. Please do not hand over the parcel to courier unless an airway bill is issued to you.

1.3 While handing over the parcel to the courier please ensure that:
a. The product is unused 
b. The product and the packaging is not damaged, Used and/or damaged products will not be replaced by us. After the courier has collected the parcel, please call Customer service to confirm return by giving reference of the Airway bill.

1.4 Our Top Priority is to satisfy our customers. We will replace the Returned defective product subject availability of stocks. For products not available in stock, we will credit you a voucher towards your account which be adjusted against future purchase(s) made by you. (within 30 days). Extension can be provided on case to case bases soley based on IndiaPlays discretion.
